I tried sound healing for the first time with Angela and Grant. They created a safe, warm, welcome space. The experience was amazing and having spent many hours practicing yoga, breathing and meditation practices I found I was able to stay present with my breath and focus without my mind drifting or falling asleep, as usually happens when I practice meditation. I felt calmer, less distracted and less anxious than I have in a long time and my sleep improved. I will definitely be practicing again frequently and looking forward to my next session.
