4-Day Silent Retreat

Disconnect from devices, expectations and roles, and reconnect with who you are underneath the noise.

RETREAT – UKI, NSW (30 minutes from the Gold Coast)
JULY 24TH – JULY 27TH 2026

I spent 4 days and 3 nights at a silent retreat facilitated by Angela and Grant, and it was one of the most life-changing things I’ve ever done. I’d always wanted to do a silent retreat but never found the right one, so it was wonderful to come across this one.

Everything about it was magical. The location, the activities, the food, the accommodation. I got an enormous amount out of being in silence and would do it again in a heartbeat. I can thoroughly recommend Angela and Grant’s silent retreats if you want to fully disconnect and get to know yourself at a deeper level.

Modern life is loud. Constant notifications, competing responsibilities, emotional demands, and very little space to process what you’re carrying. Burnout creeps in without most people noticing because they’re never truly paused.

Our Silent Retreat is a structured, guided four-day experience to reset your nervous system. Through intentional silence, daily meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, nature walks and restorative practices, you’ll step out of external noise and into deeper awareness.

Without conversation or digital distraction, your mind begins to settle. Emotional tension surfaces and releases. Perspective returns. Decisions that once felt overwhelming start to feel clearer.

This is not about escaping your life. It’s about creating enough internal space to return to it steadier, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Hosted in peaceful natural settings across Queensland and New South Wales, our silent retreats are carefully facilitated to ensure you feel supported throughout the silence, whether you are brand new to meditation or deepening an existing practice.

    Meet the Team

    Meet Angela

Angela brings more than 15 years of clinical experience in mental health as a qualified social worker, alongside extensive training in breathwork, sound healing and nervous system regulation.

Her work bridges evidence-informed practice with deep human connection. She understands both the psychology of stress and the lived experience of navigating it.

Angela has also worked as a business consultant to thousands of women around the world, supporting leadership, resilience and personal growth. That breadth of experience shapes the way she holds retreat spaces, calm, structured and deeply supportive.

On retreat, Angela creates an environment where you feel safe enough to soften, steady enough to reflect, and supported enough to shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Her approach is grounded, intuitive and quietly powerful, guiding you back to clarity, balance and inner steadiness at your own pace.

    Meet Grant

Grant brings a calm, steady presence to every retreat space. His work centres on Reiki, meditation and practical nervous system support, helping people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe and restorative.

He has a deep interest in personal growth and human behaviour, and is known for his ability to create an environment where people feel supported to soften, reflect and let go of what they’ve been carrying.

On retreat, Grant guides energy-based sessions with care and clarity, offering 1:1 Reiki and group practices that support emotional balance and nervous system reset. His approach is gentle, intuitive and grounded, helping participants feel settled, clear and more connected to themselves.

Together, Angela and Grant create retreats that are structured, supportive and deeply considered. Their work combines professional expertise with lived experience, offering spaces where meaningful change can unfold naturally and sustainably.

“Ange and Grant’s Silent Retreat was everything I never knew I needed. I signed up as a challenge
because it didn’t seem like the kind of thing I wanted to do, but in reality, it was the kindest thing I have ever done for myself. The retreat was THE ultimate self- care, nourishing and delicious food, an agenda with activities that were good for the soul and an opportunity to connect with an amazing group of people (albeit non-verbally!). Thank you to all
involved in the planning, I cannot wait for next year.”

This retreat was so much more, way beyond my expectations and congratulate Grant and Ange for putting together a first-class magical gathering. They created such a safe space for us and every activity was meaningful. The sound meditation was amazing, as were the yoga classes. Food was exceptional. I can certainly recommend this retreat and it would be wonderful if they could bottle this retreat to take home.

    Still have questions?

How can a silent retreat benefit my mental wellbeing?

Time in silence allows your nervous system to settle and your thoughts to slow down. Many participants notice reduced stress, clearer thinking, improved sleep and a greater sense of emotional steadiness. With space away from daily demands, you’re able to reflect, reset and reconnect with what you truly need.

Do I need to attend all the workshops and activities?

No. While the schedule is thoughtfully designed to support your experience, participation is always your choice. You are encouraged to listen to your body and honour your own pace throughout the retreat.

What do I need to bring to a silent retreat?

Comfortable clothing, a journal and any personal items that help you feel grounded. All meals and accommodation are provided, so you can travel lightly and focus on rest and reflection.

Do I have to be silent the whole time?

We begin with a welcome circle where everyone can connect. After that, silence is observed until the closing session on the final morning. This shared agreement creates a container that supports deeper reflection for everyone.

What if I start to feel anxious or overwhelmed during the silence?

You will be supported. Angela brings over 15 years of clinical mental health experience and is available throughout the retreat should anything arise. The space is held with care, professionalism and respect.

Do I need prior experience with meditation to attend?

No experience is required. The retreat is designed to support both beginners and those with an established practice. Guidance is offered throughout.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes. We cater to dietary needs. Note your requirements on your onboarding form and we will ensure they are accommodated.

    What if there’s an emergency?

You will be provided with a direct contact number that loved ones can use in the event of an emergency, so you can fully switch off while remaining reachable if needed.
